SD-DC-G 系列全齿轮直连除草机（汽油动力）覆盖 170F-50 与 225F-50 两款机型：额定功率 4.0–4.5 kW，作业幅宽 40 cm，整机 75–80 kg。铸铁箱体全齿轮直连传动配安全离合、四向可调把手，可快速更换旋耕刀、锄草轮、碎草刀、除草刀片与开沟犁，适用于果园行间除草、碎草还田、大棚与丘陵坡地旋耕。山东装备制造产业集群出口严选，单台出口木箱包装。 / SD-DC-G full-gear direct-drive weeder & tillage machine (gasoline) covers 170F-50 and 225F-50: 4.0–4.5 kW, 40 cm working width, 75–80 kg. A cast-iron full-gear direct-drive gearbox, safety clutch and 4-way adjustable handlebars drive five interchangeable implements for orchard inter-row weeding, mulching and tilling in greenhouses and hilly fields. 四项核心技术Core Technology
全齿轮直连传动变速箱
Full-Gear Direct-Connected Gearbox铸铁箱体全齿轮传动，动力由发动机经齿轮组直接输出至刀轴，无皮带、无链条打滑，重草、硬土工况下扭矩衰减小，传动效率与寿命显著优于皮带机型。
三档位 + 倒挡，进退自如
3-Position Gear + Reverse后变速箱档位 1 / 0 / 2 / 0 / -1，前进两档、空挡与倒挡齐全，地头调头、卡草退出无需抬机，坡地作业更安全。
安全离合 + 四向可调把手
Safety Clutch & 4-Way Handlebars行走与工作离合带急停，松手即断动力；把手上下左右四向可调，适配不同身高操作者与果树低矮枝条工况。
免工具快换农具
Tool-Free Implement Change拆下侧面护板、拔出销轴即可更换旋耕刀、锄草轮、开沟犁、碎草刀、除草刀片，10 mm 钢制防脱螺丝固定，田间 3 分钟完成换具。
结构与操作要点Structure & Operation
汽油动力总成与全齿轮直连变速箱 / Gasoline power unit & direct-drive gearbox
- 动力端：单缸风冷汽油机，170F 4.0 kW / 225F 4.5 kW，92# 及以上汽油，机油 SAE 10W-30 汽机油。
- 进气：油式空气滤清器，多尘果园环境下滤芯可清洗复用，降低保养成本。
- 行走：充气人字胎 直径 32 cm × 宽 6 cm，前支撑轮 直径 14 cm × 宽 4.5 cm，前轮高度可调以控制留草高度。
- 机架：32 mm 加厚钢管整体车架，核心部位 10 mm 钢制防脱螺丝，长期振动工况不松脱。
- 操作：油门、离合、档杆集中于把手，站立随行操作；倒挡可在狭窄果园行间退出。
